Overview

Thymosin Beta 4 (TB4) is the full-length 43-amino acid peptide from which TB-500 is derived. It is one of the most abundant intracellular peptides in the human body, found in virtually all tissues and cell types. TB4 is the complete native sequence with potentially different pharmacological properties than the TB-500 fragment.

Mechanism of Action

Full-length TB4 sequesters G-actin monomers, regulating actin polymerization dynamics essential for cell migration, wound healing, and tissue repair.
