Overview

Tesofensine is a triple monoamine reuptake inhibitor (serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine) originally developed for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease research. Mechanism of Action

Tesofensine inhibits presynaptic reuptake of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine, increasing their synaptic concentrations.
