Like AOD-9604 (which adds a tyrosine at position 177), this fragment isolates the fat-metabolizing region of GH. Mechanism of Action
Fragment 176-191 stimulates lipolysis and inhibits lipogenesis in adipose tissue by activating beta-3 adrenergic receptors and mimicking the C-terminal region of GH responsible for fat metabolism. It does not affect IGF-1 levels, blood glucose, or cellular growth pathways.
